Remember orange and brown? They went to the same forever home in Virginia! These brothers get to grow up together and we couldn’t be more excited!
“Their house training is progressing smoothly. They love to chew on hands, arms, & toes. Their big brother, Benny, is teaching them he is the boss around here. The cats are doing the same and reminding Benny he is their boss too. They love to eat, play, & poop.” – Amanda

Hi, I’m Holly. Previously known as green girl, I became a part of the Hefner family and living my best life here in WV.
“Holly is growing fast and truly a joy to have around. She has started making friends with her cat sisters too! She loves to play in her backyard and take naps almost anywhere.”

Little boy Blue is growing like a weed. He also has a name now and it is, Rigby! He has moved to New York City!
“We love Rigby so much! He’s such a fun and calm dog who loves people. He’s learning so quickly and is impressing us with his potty training skills. Thank You!!!”

Purple was such a sweet little boy and we are happy to say he isn’t far away in Parkersburg, WV. He now has a forever home and an official name, Anakin!
“Anakin is doing awesome! He loves to bark at birds in the backyard, sleep in the sunshine, play with the cat’s tail, chew on sticks and leaves, and cuddle with mom and dad! He is the star of the show and everyone thinks he is so cute everywhere we go. He knows his name (with a tad bit of selective hearing) and he is working on the concept of playing fetch! Anakin also knows his nickname, Ani! His favorite thing right now is waking me up at 4 a.m. to pee and play!” – Megan

Yellow headed for Ohio the day after his 8 week birthday! He was one of our biggest boys with a magnificent curly coat! He spent a couple of days visiting the kids and staff at school before he went to his forever home. He was very near and dear to my heart being one of my last babies to leave. He is now named, Lancelot!
Last but not least, we have red! He is still with us waiting on his forever family to pick him up and take him back home to D.C.! We haven’t been upset about it one bit! He has made himself at home and fits right in with all of the adult dogs continuing to learn new tricks of the trade around here. He is doing exceptionally well with potty training and has learned the quick habit of grab and go just like his father! He loves to steal items and hoard them all in one area in the living room not chewing them, just stealing them. We have named him, Otis!
